Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of REACH, a service operated by The e-four Corporation ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may hold an account

An account must be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. The parent or guardian accepts these terms on behalf of the student-athlete and is responsible for the account, including payment and for the activity that happens on it.

The service is not available to children under 13. A student-athlete may be given their own login by the account owner.

What the service does

REACH helps student-athletes identify college athletic programs that may fit them and compose messages to the coaches of those programs. It provides information, estimates, and drafting assistance.

What the service does not promise

We do not promise any recruiting outcome. Using REACH does not mean an athlete will be recruited, receive an offer, receive financial aid, or be admitted to any institution. Those decisions belong entirely to the colleges and their coaches.

Cost figures, admissions data, roster information, and fit scores are estimates derived from public sources and from what you tell us. They are intended to help you decide where to focus. They are not financial aid offers, admissions decisions, or guarantees, and they may be out of date or incorrect. Always confirm cost and eligibility directly with the institution before making a decision.

We are not a financial advisor, a college admissions counselor, or a legal advisor, and nothing in the service is advice of that kind.

Your email account

If you connect an email account, you authorize us to send messages from that account, and only those messages you have individually reviewed and approved. You remain responsible for the content of every message you approve and send.

You may disconnect your email account at any time. You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or bulk unsolicited messages, and you agree to keep your use consistent with your email provider's own terms.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information about the athlete, including marks and academic records.
• Do not impersonate anyone or create an account for an athlete you are not the parent or guardian of.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our coach data or any other part of the service.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with the service's operation.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Subscription and payment

The service is sold as a recurring subscription. The price, billing period, and any promotional terms are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of the information you provide and the messages you write. You grant us permission to use that information to operate the service for you. We own the service itself, including our software, coach database, and scoring models.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Material changes will be notified by email before they take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
