College recruiting, without the guesswork.

REACH helps high school student-athletes find college programs that actually fit them, academically, athletically, and financially, and then reach the coaches at those programs directly.

Most families go through recruiting blind. They do not know which programs are realistic, which ones they can afford, or how to get a coach to notice them. REACH answers those three questions and then helps the athlete act on the answers.

How it works

  1. Build a profile. The athlete enters their graduation year, grades, intended majors, and athletic marks. Performance results can be imported automatically from public results sites.
  2. See programs that fit. Every school is scored on athletic fit, academic fit, estimated net cost for the family, and roster opportunity. No school is shown without a cost estimate attached.
  3. Contact the coaches. REACH drafts a personalized introduction to each coach the athlete selects. The athlete reads it, edits it if they want, and approves it.
  4. Track every conversation. Replies, follow-ups, and next steps are tracked in one place so nothing gets lost across dozens of programs.

Email is sent from the athlete's own account

College coaches receive an enormous amount of recruiting mail and routinely ignore messages that arrive from a third-party platform. So REACH does not send on your behalf from our domain. With your permission, REACH connects to your own Gmail account and sends each message from your own name and address, exactly as though you had written it in Gmail yourself.

Every single message requires your explicit approval before it is sent. You see the full message, you can change any part of it, and nothing leaves your account until you click send. REACH never sends email automatically, on a schedule, or without a direct action from you.

We request one Google permission and nothing else: the ability to send a message. We do not read, download, or store the contents of your mailbox, and we do not ask for permission to. You can disconnect your account at any time.

Who it is for

High school student-athletes and their parents. An account is created and paid for by a parent or guardian, who then gives the athlete their own login. REACH currently supports track and field and cross country, with additional sports being added.

REACH is a subscription service purchased directly by families. It is not provided by, contracted to, or operated on behalf of any school or school district, and we do not receive student records from schools.
